The local area around Bethells Beach provides the ideal location for, and is commonly used by Film crews and sports teams. The Auckland Blues and Vodaphone Warriors both use the BBSLSP facilities.
Facilities include 2 bunk rooms capable of sleeping 10 each, kitchen with 2 large fan ovens with electric cooktops, large refrigerator/freezer separate male/female showers and toilets.
